Besonderheit: Die neunte Sammlerflasche aus einer Serie von sieben. Es handelt sich um die europäische 1 Liter Scenes No. 9 mit einem Bild oder der Zeichnung eines der famous mellowing vats. Diese werden mit 10 feet selbstgemachter sugar maple charcoal gefüllt und das Jack Daniels Destillat tropft langsam durch diese 3m dicke Schicht, bevor es in Fässer gefüllt wird. Der Text auf der Flasche lautet: 'This is the ninth a series of bottles depicting life in Lynchburg, Tennessee, home of the Jack Daniel Distillery. Jack Daniels believed "Every day me make it, we'll make it the best we can". That meant mellowing his whiskey drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal. Seven generation later, we still mellow our whiskey as Mr. Jack did. Charcoal Mellowing makes Jack Daniel's what is - a Tennessee Whiskey and not a bourbon.
